We had issues with our heater staying on, I called that evening and was given an appointment for the next morning. Josh was very good at listening as I explained what we had going on. He evaluated the heater and found the problem. He was very professional in communicating the issue and resolved it quickly. Very much appreciative of this business and their team!

I called Winkelman heating and air for my heater not working. The technician Josh showed up shortly after call. He was very thorough in his inspection and diagnosis of the issue. Josh was also extremely professional and easy to talk to about the issue, he made us feel at ease about it. Keep up the good work Josh! I came home from being out of town for a week to no heat. I called after 5:00 and was able to get an appointment for the next day. In the meantime, Brian came by and brought space heaters and got the unit going just enough to make it through the night. Irving showed up promptly for the appointment the following day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and the process for fixing it. I would highly recommend this company!

We had several (like 5-6) companies come and look at our office to give us a bid and no one ever got back with us. Just happened to see Winkelman’s truck at the courthouse and gave them a call. These guys are amazing.

These guys are amazing. They put 2 – 5 ton ac/heater units in my 60ft x 100ft barn and I love it. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment they were installing. Josh was very thorough about making sure we understood all aspects of the equipment and how to use it. I will use them again if and when I need AC/Heating.

Company traveled to distant location immediately to provide estimate; assessed repair options; and when it became obvious that a new system was required, installed it as promised within two days of providing an estimate. Within the first week of installation, both the heat and ac were used with the crazy panhandle weather. All staff demonstrated their expertise in the installation, and were professional, respectful, and courteous. I highly recommend the company.
